SUGGESTIONS TO AMEND THE LAND LAW

ACCUMULATING PUBLIC OPINION ON THE LAND LAW (AMENDED)

On December 23^rd, 2022, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 671/NQ-UBTVQH on accumulating public opinions on the draft of Land Law (amended). To implement the above Resolution, on December 31, 2022, the Government issued Resolution No. 170/NQ-CP outlining the plan for public consultations on the draft amended Land Law. Feedback will be accepted from January 3 to March 15, 2023.
