Vision
CISDOMA, as a creditable organization providing high quality services in implementation of and technical assistance to development actions, contributes towards building an equal society in which each every person has stable livelihood, safe and healthy living environment.

Co-operating with non-governmental organizations, donors, state agencies and communities through consulting, training and implementing development activities to enhance effectiveness of these activities, and facilitate solution for sustainable development in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Strategic Approaches
- Collaborating with national and international research institutions to conduct studies, assessment and implementation of projects on sustainable development of rural and mountainous areas, rural livelihood, natural resources and environment management, climate change resilience and disasters risk management, and promotion and protection of ethnic heritages;
- Collaborating with local and international training agencies to organize capacity building activities on abovementioned fields;
- Collaborating with local and international agencies, universities and research institutions to organize scientific seminars, action researches, exchanges of information, experience, studies and scholars, eco-cultural tourism; and
- Networking and partnering: Establishing a co-operative relation and connection with like-minded networks of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), researching institutions, universities, and scientists at both local and international levels
