To facilitate the development of its National Strategic Plan (NSP) and expansion of its activities in the northern region of Vietnam, from April to July 2015 Aide et Action International (AEA) in Vietnam assigned CISDOMA with preliminary survey of the socio-economic situations of Lai Chau and Hoa Binh provinces. The surveys were intended for identifying potential target locations and areas of intervention for future programs of AEA in Vietnam.
