From January 2009 to January 2011, CISDOMA implemented the project Piloting and Demonstrating the Model for Multi-Purpose Management of High Conservation Value Forests outside Special-Use Forests, funded by UNDP in Hoa Binh province. With a total value of 17,961 US$, the project aimed to conserve the biodiversity of forests located outside special-use forests through piloting and demonstrating a multi-purpose approach to managing high conservation value forests. The project leader was Dr. Vu Van Me, a Forestry expert.
