From March to July 2015, Aide et Action International (AEA) contracted with CISDOMA for programme review, appraisal and strategy development for AEA in Vietnam. The five-month assignment sought to develop a country programme Strategic Paper/Plan, which is the ground stone and strategic guidance for AEA’s program orientation and implementation in the northern mountainous areas of Vietnam from 2015 onwards, with focus on two thematic intervention areas: Access to and quality of Education; and Livelihood Education. Ethnic girls, drop-out children, poor women would be strategised as the main targeted groups of these programmes
